• 33% of the field and ties in each division will win prizes

• Third Nine Contest winning team wins $100
• If you think you are the "best team" in the field, enter the Players Division

           to win the additional "winner take all" pool.

• Free warm up basket of range balls for all participants

There are 4 ways to enter:

1. Go to the online (link here in green) Cog Hill Registration page:

• Click on the “Register” link and completely fill out their form and payment information (remember to pay additional $20 if playing the “Player’s Division”)
• Enter in the “Comments” box at the bottom of the “Register Form”                                        a. Partner’s name

                                     b. Your Gender

                                     c. Your Division                            

                                     d. Your Age 

• You can enter the Third Nine Contest:

                                     a. Later at the registration table on Aug. 12  - OR

                                     b. You can go to the Third Nine page, print out the                                             Third Nine Entry Form TwoShot Entry Form

                                         and fax to 517-279-9102 or take to the Cog Hill 2/4                                             Pro Shop and turn in there.

2. To enter from here, just click on the TwoShot Entry Form page and print it out, completely fill it out, and:

• Take to the Cog Hill G&CC 2/4 pro shop and pay the $55 entry fee (includes green fees and prizes) there OR,
• Fax completed entry form to our office at 517-279-9102 and pay the $55 entry fee by credit card online at the Cog Hill Registration page
• At Cog Hill Home page click on (if above link fails):
• Golf
• Cog Hill Events
• Golf Tournaments
• Register (on the TwoShotGolf Championship)

3. Go to the Cog Hill G&CC web site Cog Hill Registration

and print out the entry form

• Fax completed entry form to our office at 517-279-9102 and pay the $55 entry fee (includes green fees and prizes) by credit card online at the Cog Hill Registration page at the same link as above.

4. Go to Cog Hill G&CC 2/4 Pro Shop and fill out a TwoShot Golf Championship entry form and pay the $55 entry fee there (includes green fees and prizes).
