Suggestions:
All of these are good points – and to address these observations, I submit the following thoughts:
- From the actual and survey results, we have found that the event has achieved our basic goals: being well accepted (91% would play again), dealt with the pace of play and slow play (95% enjoyed the pace of play), entry fee was affordable (85% said “just right”) and most everyone felt they had a chance to win prizes versus other events (95% said so).
- The grass roots component of our promotion was also apparent as 90% of the field heard about the event through email or word of mouth.
- I also am pleased that 95% of the players might consider (65% Yes, 30% maybe) patronizing our sponsor TaylorMade Performance Labs. By the way, the gift certificate of $100 is transferable – call Brad Syslo at 708-679-6700 for more information or email Brad@TMPLabs.com or check out TMPLabs.com
